Pablo leads Pioneer’s Queretaro facility in Mexico, with more than 18 years of automotive experience in the coating business for NVH (Bonding system and specialty coatings) with an Elastomer Technology from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and Akron Oh. Pablo has held roles as R & D Manager, Engineering Manager, Plant Manager, Director of Operations and General Manager.

Troy Oscar

Automotive Market Leader, Pioneer Metal Finishing

With more than 20 years of automotive experience in NVH, including engineering and sales, Troy Oscar leads Pioneer’s Automotive segment. Troy has held roles as a Sr. Product Development Engineer, Program Manager, Business Unit Manager, Director of Sales and Market Leader. Early on in Troy’s career, he spent time designing and developing torsional vibration dampers for internal combustion engines. This included time as an Expat supporting Japanese OEMs.
