Customer Satisfaction Survey

Pioneer Metal Finishing annually conducts a Customer Satisfaction Survey to solicit candid feedback on our performance for quality and service. Customer responses are the basis of continual improvements at Pioneer, from increased response time to new finishing processes.

The 2007 Customer Satisfaction Survey was conducted in September and we would like to thank the 130 customers that participated in this year’s survey. We are appreciative of the extremely positive feedback and very proud of the fact that our customers most described us as “Great Service, High Quality and Trusted.”

While it is the goal of Pioneer Metal Finishing for our customers to be 100% satisfied, the satisfaction levels from the survey responses in the high 90% range gives us confidence that we are focused on what is important to our customers.
