Pioneer Metal Finishing's Oshkosh Division was acquired in December of 2007. This 91,000 square foot facility offers painting, powdercoating and e-coating plus special applications of C.A.R.C. for military applications.

These processes are supported by cleaning methods for various ferrous and non ferrous substrates by multi media abrasive blasting, chemical stripping of painted parts, and various substrates pretreatment processes prior to primer applications including E-coating, Alodine conversion coating, passivating and liquid spray priming. Our paint and powder line features an 11-stage zinc phosphate pretreatment system that includes acid pickle.

Topcoat applications include both liquid and powder coatings.

Other services provided to our customers include but are not limited to: parts subassembly, masking, plugging, sorting, separating, packaging, and any other special customer requirements.
